At YUTA, operated by TAMAYU TEXTILE - we are committed to delivering a premium experience — from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches you. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be damaged, washed, or altered

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may opt for:

  • Store credit for future purchases, or
  • A refund as per our return policy.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (if specified)

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or store credit as per your choice. 

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, redeemable on future purchases with YUTA.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer any exchanges.

If your desired size is unavailable, you may opt for:

  • A return and refund, or
  • A store credit for future purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the issue

We will ensure a quick resolution.
